Selection

We only select reputable suppliers that provide high-quality and sustainably sourced herbs. These herbs are third party tested by an independent laboratory for purity and potency prior to being used in IBShield.

Extraction

The herbs are measured, chopped, crushed and mixed with alcohol to initiate the extraction process in large stainless steel tanks. Agitation systems are employed to ensure even distribution of herbs and alcohol during the process.

Testing

Rigorous quality control measures are essential at various stages of production to ensure consistency, potency, and purity of the tincture. We perform regular testing for active compound content, Ethanol concentration, and potential contaminants.

Production

Finally, filtration systems separate the liquid portion (tincture) from the solid herbal material. For IBShield Glycerin tincture, the Ethanol is evaporated during this stage and replaced with Glycerine to ensure a long shelf life.
